• To do list. The new comer should have the list to be the reminder to know when and what to do every day, every week, every month even every quarter. This is the time schedule.
• Tool list. Base on the "to do list", the fresh should know use what kind of tool or which tool can help them to finish the task day by day or week by week. And after the training, trainer should have the signature of the fresh. That will be the record, which means the new guy has the training already. And they can have around 2 or 3 times for asking. But cannot always asking the same question forever. For my point of view, this record is the reflection of the new one's attitude. If he/she wants to remember it, no use to remind. But if he/she doesn't want to learn it, we should use it to help them to keep it in mind.
• Case analyze or case study.  When you have any typical case happend, you should share the experienc with the new guy and tell them what to do and how to do. How can they find some help from other cross function team or other coworkers. Tell them what's the procedure. Case by case, after 3times later, the fresh must have the capability to handle themselives.

That's all! Difficult? Maybe...depends the work and depends on you, right?
